Notes:	The festival takes place since 1982 and focuses on short subjects. Between 1982 and 1988 the festival was a Super-8 only event, then opened for video productions in 1989. Since 1993 the festival's selections focus on changing mottoes. Juried awards were not handed out prior to 1995. No festivals were being celebrated in 1984, 1994 and 1997.
