After blasting the hugely successful vampire franchise Twilight, the 17-year-old Hannah Montana sensation has chosen two new high-profile targets to vent her rage on: Angelina Jolie and Madonna. Apparently, Cyrus disapproves of how Jolie and the Material Mom have placed their children in the public eye, Irish Central reports. In an interview with an Irish celebrity TV show (Cyrus recently landed in Dublin as part of her Wonder World tour), Miley told interviewer Lisa Cannon that she "really disagrees with" the way Madonna and Jolie have allowed their brood to be in »

Angelina Jolie: fidelity is not essential for relationships to work

4 hours ago | Monsters and Critics | See recent Monsters and Critics news »

Angelina Jolie says she believes fidelity is not essential for relationships to work. The Hollywood actress – who raises six children with her long-term partner Brad Pitt – believes open romances can work just as well as monogamous relationships, if both partners agree to it. In an interview with a German women's magazine, Jolie said: 'I doubt that fidelity is absolutely essential for a relationship. It's worse to leave your partner and talk badly about him afterwards. 'Neither Brad nor I have ever claimed that living together means to be chained together. We make sure that we never restrict each other.' However, she added that the couple have a fiery relationship at times: 'The sparks fly »

Angelina Jolie considers marriage overrated

23 December 2009 5:26 AM, PST | ReelLoop.com | See recent Reel Loop news »

Will Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt ever get married? Not bloody likely since Jolie considers fidelity overrated, which is basically an excuse to go “get some” on the side.

“Neither Brad nor I have ever claimed that living together means to be chained together,” says Jolie in a recent interview. “We make sure that we never restrict each other.”

Wow. How hip. How so 2010.

She added: “I doubt that fidelity is absolutely essential for a relationship. It’s worse to leave your partner and talk badly about him afterwards.”

Was that a zing at Jennifer Aniston? Let’s start that rumor right here and now.

Jolie and Pitt have six younglings at home. Maddox, Pax, Zahara and the twins, Knox and Vivienna.

Jolie recently wrapped up production on her spy thriller Salt. The feature will arrive in theaters on July 23.

Jolie: 'Fidelity Isn't Essential In A Relationship'

23 December 2009 12:06 AM, PST | WENN | See recent WENN news »

Angelina Jolie has sparked doubts over the longevity of her relationship with Brad Pitt - by insisting a faithful union isn't "absolutely essential for a relationship."

The Oscar-winner and her Hollywood hunk partner have been together for five years, and share six children; Maddox, eight, Pax, six, Zahara, four, Shiloh, three, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 17 months.

But the actress insists that despite their commitment to each other, the pair don't expect to be "chained together" forever.

According to Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper, Jolie says, "Neither Brad nor I have ever claimed that living together means to be chained together. We make sure that we never restrict each other.

"I doubt that fidelity is absolutely essential for a relationship. It's worse to leave your partner and talk badly about him afterwards."

And Jolie admits their romance is often marred by furious arguments.

She adds, "The sparks fly at home if the nice Brad fails to see that he's wrong and reacts in a defiant way. Then I can get so angry that I tear his shirt. We're not violent enough for these things, and we consider our six children." »

Are These The Sexiest Movies of All Time?

22 December 2009 2:32 PM, PST | Cinematical | See recent Cinematical news »

There is no shortage of sex in the movies, but sometimes it does feel like there is a shortage of sexy. Over at Entertainment Weekly they have compiled the list of what they claim are the 25 sexiest movies of All-Time, and while I agree with most of their picks, I do think in a few cases they have managed to confuse love with sex (but haven't we all?). The list covers everything from full on sex flicks like 9 1/2 Weeks to more subtle fare like Martin Scorsese's The Age of Innocence. So first let's take a look at the films that earned a spot on EW's hall of fame, and then we'll get to five movies that get my pulse racing.

The top five is pretty much what you would expect: you've got the baseball comedy Bull Durham in the number five spot, followed by the 80's noir classic Body Heat, »

Emma Watson conjured up the most dough in the ‘00s

22 December 2009 10:00 AM, PST | AfterEllen.com | See recent AfterEllen.com news »

The Guinness Book of Records recently calculated that Emma Watson, of all seven Harry Potter movies fame, was the highest-grossing actress from 2000-2009, whose film work grossed $5.4 billion worldwide. The 19-year-old actress beat out the likes of Angelina Jolie (Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Wanted), Kate Winslet (The Reader, Revolutionary Road) and Meryl Streep (Mamma Mia,The Devil Wears Prada), whose movies were among the top grossing of the decade.

It’s hardly surprising that the actress who plays the adorably nerdy, incredibly talented Hermione Granger Expelliarmus-ed the competition — she obviously does that on a daily basis in Hogwarts, and Hollywood is no different. Since the release of the first movie, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, Watson’s stellar performance has put us in a Confundus Charm and made it impossible not to become immediately and unequivocally obsessed with her.
