Harry Lange was born on December 7, 1930 in Eisenach, Thuringia, Germany as Hans-Kurt Lange. He is known for his work on 2001: A Space Odyssey (1968), Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back (1980) and The Meaning of Life (1983). He was married to Daisy.
