On top of the world after winning the World Series, Yankees stars Alex Rodriguez and Derek Jeter celebrated with a night out in New York City with their teammates - and their Hollywood girlfriends Kate Hudson and Minka Kelly. Following their triumph Wednesday, the group headed to 1Oak to toast their victory over the Philadelphia Phillies. And they made it a family affair: Hudson and A-Rod arrived at the club around 2:45 a.m. with his mother, sister, and Hudson's step-dad, Kurt Russell, all in tow. "Kate and A-Rod were affectionate with each other - hugging one another," says a partygoer. »

Forget home runs, some of the baseball stars slugging it out in this year's World Series are just worth taking home! Two of the Philadelphia Phillies hotties turning heads this season are 30-year-old Chase Utley at second base and pitcher Cole Hamels, 25. Sorry, ladies, they both may be easy on the eyes, but they're spoken for. Utley married college sweetheart (and fellow animal lover) Jennifer Cooper in 2007. He hails from California and comes up to bat to the song "Kashmir" by Led Zeppelin. Hamels's wife may be familiar to Survivor fans - Heidi Strobel was a contestant on the sixth season of the reality show. »

Saturday night's World Series game was one for the record books for many reasons, but mostly because of those "priceless" thirty seconds in the second inning. No, I'm not talking about Jayson Werth's homer, I am referring to something that is, dare I say, more important than what happens inside the diamond or who prevails as a champion. MasterCard generously turned over its beloved "Priceless" campaign to Stand Up To Cancer for what became a powerful 30 second call-to-action to fund innovative cancer research. Part of the spot aired live from Citizens Bank Park and featured cancer advocate and Stand Up To Cancer champion, Katie Couric, actors Terrence Howard and Minka Kelly (both of whom lost their mothers to cancer), and former Philly first baseman and cancer survivor John Kruk standing alongside brave patients from Children's Hospital of Philadelphia... »

The Philadelphia Phillies took the first game in the World Series last night, but celebrity Yankee fans, such as Jay-z, aren't fazed by the loss.
"I grew up a Yankees fan," Jay tells "Extra," adding, "This goes way deep with me." The hip-hop mogul will perform his hit "Empire State of Mind" with fellow New Yorker Alicia Keys tonight at Game 2.

We are hours away from A.J. Burnett throwing out the first pitch of Game 2 of the 2009 World Series at Yankee Stadium and the fans are already lining up to get into the stadium. Last night, security was on high alert as First Lady Michelle Obama and Joe Biden, among other famed New York celebrities, chow down on hot dogs while enjoying America's favorite past time. We saw 30 Rock star Alec Bladwin cheering on his hometeam, Matthew McConaughey sporting the pinstripe, movie directors Spike Lee and Steven Spielberg enjoying first class seats. Even all that celebrity power could not help the Yankees overcome the unstoppable Phillies team. The New York Yankees are ready to again take on the Philadelphia Phillies at home in what many are calling the Turnpike Series. In the greater New York Area, Yankee fans are jazzed about the series and much of the hype is all »

Clear eyes, shirtless Riggins, can't lose! (Wait, is that not how the mantra goes?) The brilliant Friday Night Lights returns to TV tonight at 9 p.m. on DirecTV's channel 101, and even though Dillon football is in a state of upheaval, a few things remain the same: the heart, the humor, and yes, Taylor Kitsch will still "forget" to button those tricky buttons from time to time. But the big question is this: What happens to the series now that beloved characters like Riggins and Zach Gilford's Matt Saracen have graduated? Are we losing them forever? And what happens with their lovely ladies, Minka Kelly's Lyla Garrity and Aimee Teegarden's Julie Taylor? We caught up with... »

When watching "Friday Night Lights," everyone always says “ooh Minka Kelly is so hot.” But not me, I’m going outside the norm to say that the skinny hot blonde girl is my pick. Yeah, I dare to be different. So needless to say I’m glad to see Adrianne Palicki getting more work, both in Women In Trouble and soon Legion. Film School Rejects has a brand new Trouble poster featuring Palicki in her Halloween/stripper cat costume, which is... »

Culver City, California — Believe it or not, there are some people out there who don't remember "Single White Female" (a random polling of MTV interns yielded sad, sad results). There are others who wouldn't mind seeing the classic thriller reimagined for a post-Internet, post-cell-phone generation. And for all these folks, Leighton Meester, Cam Gigandet and Minka Kelly have been hard at work filming the story of "The Roommate" from hell.
"The biggest change now is it's a different time and people are dealing with things in a different way, and information is passed a different way," Gigandet explained of the very loose update of the 1992 Bridget Fonda/ Jennifer Jason Leigh hit. »

With the return of Friday Night Lights right around the corner (it premieres on Wednesday, October 28, at 9Pm on DirecTV's 101 Network), there's been a lot of talk about who's returning, who isn't, and just what the heck is gonna happen now that Eric (Kyle Chandler) is coaching the East Dillon Lions and not the Dillon Panthers anymore. There's been plenty of news, too, regarding new characters and how the good-bye arcs for favorites like Matt (Zach Gilford), Tyra (Adrianne Palicki), and Lyla (Minka Kelly) are going to play out
Well, DirecTV has finally released a short promo for the new season and guess what? Despite the fact that it features new footage (as opposed to a recycled season three montage), it gives us absolutely nothing.
But it is pretty damn cool to look at. The set up of a tornado-esque storm ripping apart Dillon and culminating in a rift across »

Funny or Die has up an amusing clip starring a group of television and movie stars including Alyson Hannigan, Emily Deschanel, Kat McPhee, Minka Kelly and Jaime King in which they are at a slumber party together. One of them feels a lump on her breast and starts to panic. The issue gets resolved but not before the paparazzi show up to get some rather embarrassing photos of the group.
The sketch was co-written by King and Taryn Southern and is sponsored by Her Energy in support of breast cancer research. The entire six-part series is called "Tit for Tat." Let's hear it for amusing double-entendres.
Still, it's for a good cause and stars a plethora of television personalities (including the ever-cute Ms. Hannigan whom I've adored since her days on Buffy the Vampire Slayer), so it's worth a look even if you're just a perv who likes watching female celebrities grope each other. »

Breast cancer is certainly no laughing matter, but Alyson Hannigan, Emily Deschanel, Minka Kelly, Jaime King and Katharine McPhee try and utilize humor as a way of getting the word out about the importance of self-examinations. The girls have gathered together for a slumber party for the sole purpose of checking to make sure they are all in good health. When Emily detects a lump, however, a bit of panic ensues. That is, until Alyson determines the culprit behind their concern. Which, of course, leads to the inevitable pillow fight. Ok, that doesn't happen. Just wishful thinking on our part. »
