The Stranger Things star announced on Saturday that she had to cancel her appearance at the Collective Con in Jacksonville, Florida, over the weekend after a long shoot left her exhausted.
"I have had to cancel a comic con last minute, which is something I've never, ever done, and I'm planning on never doing again," the 13-year-old actress, who stars as the telepathic hero Eleven on the hit Netflix drama, said in a heartfelt video she posted to Instagram.
"I just think I've worked too hard and I have to rest," she continued. "I've had a really long shoot and I'm still filming Stranger Things." »

The Sherlock star and his wife Sophie welcomed their second child together, Hal Auden Cumberbatch, on March 3, People confirms.
People can also confirm that Sophie has formally changed her name from Sophie Hunter to Sophie Cumberbatch.
Cumberbatch, 40, and theater director Hunter — also parents to son Christopher “Kit” Carlton, 20 months — confirmed the pregnancy in October, when Hunter debuted her baby bump at the Los Angeles premiere of Cumberbatch’s film Doctor Strange.

Shailene Woodley Gets Probation for Dakota Pipeline Protest
Shailene Woodley has pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct for her part in a protest of the Dakota Access Pipeline in October.
Under the terms of the plea deal, entered Friday in Morton County District Court in North Dakota, Woodley will get one year of unsupervised probation. Two other misdemeanor charges, of engaging in a riot and criminal trespass, were dropped. Woodley also forfeited a $500 bond.

Pharrell Williams-Inspired Movie Musical ‘Atlantis’ in the Works at Fox
Fox is developing a movie musical inspired by Pharrell Williams’ childhood.
The film is inspired by Williams’ childhood in Virginia Beach. Williams and Valdes will produce through their I Am Other production company while Netter produces for Netter films. Martin Hynes, whose credits include “Toy Story 4” and “Curious George,” is writing the screenplay.
Williams has won 10 Grammy Awards. He was one of the producers on Fox’s hit “Hidden Figures,” and also wrote several songs for the film in addition to supervising the soundtrack.
Williams also produced “Roxanne Roxanne,” which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. He’s also known for his musical contributions to the “Despicable Me” films, as well as his judging stint on NBC’s “The Voice.”

Jack Cassidy, nephew of David Cassidy, returned to The Voice on Monday to face off against Hunter Plake in the singing competition's battle rounds, and the talented vocalist threw down with everything he had.
Cassidy and Plake, both members of Team Alicia, went head-to-head with dueling renditions of Robyn's "Dancing On My Own," and it was truly a battle round for the ages.
