London Police Investigating Second Kevin Spacey Claim

London's Scotland Yard has launched an investigation into a second sexual assault allegation by Kevin Spacey

The date of the allegation dates back to 2005 and took place in the London borough of Lambeth, the location of the Old Vic theater where Spacey was artistic director. It's the second investigation regarding the actor after an alleged assault in 2008.

"Officers from the Child Abuse and Sexual Offences Command are investigating," Scotland Yard told The Hollywood Reporter.

Peter Berling, German Character Actor and Werner Herzog Favorite, Dies at 83

Peter Berling, a husky German character actor best known for his many collaborations with Werner Herzog, who also appeared in Hollywood films such as Gangs of New York and The Name of the Rose, has died. He was 83.

Berling died Monday in Rome, his agency confirmed. The actor, who was also a successful film producer and accomplished novelist, had lived in the Italian capital since the late 1960s.

'Hostiles,' 'Last Jedi' Bookend Dubai Film Festival

The Dubai International Film Festival, the biggest movie event in the Middle East, has unveiled the full lineup for its upcoming 14th edition. 

Hostiles, the Christian Bale-starring American period piece that first bowed in Telluride, is set to raise the curtain in the beachside Madinat Jumeirah on Dec 6, while Star Wars: The Last Jedi will close the event Dec 13, two days before its U.S. release.

Meanwhile, Star Trek and X-Men legend Patrick Stewart will receive one of the festival's honorary awards, the others going to Egyptian writer Wahid Hamed and Indian icon Irrfan Khan.
