It seems that there's no magic spell against the swine flu. Rupert Grint, 20, who plays Harry Potter's pal Ron Weasley, caught the notorious bug while filming the latest movie in the wizard series but is now well enough to attend Tuesday's London premiere of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince."It has just been confirmed that Rupert Grint has taken a few days out of filming due to a mild bout of swine flu," his rep says in a statement. Lance Armstrong Starts Strong in Tour de France Comeback

Recovering from a broken collarbone, Lance Armstrong briefly surged into the lead on Saturday, the first day of the legendary cyclist's comeback on the Tour de France. Judge's Decision in Cyber-Bullying Case Sends Shockwaves

Lori Drew says justice was finally served - though nearly three years late. The defendant in the case of a MySpace hoax that ended in a girl's suicide applauded a federal judge for tentatively dismissing her conviction that could have resulted in up to three years in prison. "In my view, it was proper that this case was dismissed, primarily because I simply did not do what the U.S. attorney in Los Angeles accused me of doing," Drew, 49, said in a statement Friday. Susan Boyle Records First Song for New Album

Susan Boyle took time out from the Britain's Got Talent tour to record the first track on her planned album with Simon Cowell's team, who are clearly excited by what they heard.
