Erinn Hayes’ last episode of “Kevin Can Wait” was not only shared with her Season 2 replacement, Leah Remini, but it was titled “Sting of Queens” — as if the creators’ long con to swap out Kevin James’ wives was already underway.

The series got such a bad rap after announcing it was letting Hayes go, viewers might have expected them to deal with her character’s departure with grace and respect. After all, even fans who weren’t overwhelmed by the news would need a good reason to forget about a woman they spent 24 episodes getting to know during Season 1.

TV Ratings: CBS’ ‘Young Sheldon,’ ABC’s ‘The Good Doctor’ Post Solid Monday Premieres

CBS’ new comedy “Young Sheldon” and ABC’s freshman drama “The Good Doctor” delivered solid premieres on Monday, according to Nielsen’s metered market overnight ratings.

Young Sheldon” held on to the bulk of its “Big Bang Theory” lead-in at 8:30 p.m., while “Good Doctor” saw a tune-in bounce at 10 p.m. coming out of “Dancing With the Stars.”

“Big Bang” prequel comedy “Young Sheldon” opened with a 10.7 household rating and 17 share, according to Nielsen, coming out of an 11.4/18 for “Big Bang” at 8 p.m.

Good Doctor” delivered a 7.5/13, coming out of a 6.2/10 for the last half-hour of “Dancing With the Stars.”

Nielsen’s 56 overnight metered markets cover about 70% of U.S. TV households. More detailed ratings will be released later today.

Saturn Girl is headed to National City for “Supergirl” Season 3.

Amy Jackson will play the latest hero headed to Earth. The role marks the U.S. debut of the Bollywood actress, who started her career as a model. This won’t be the first time Saturn Girl has appeared in a live-action DC series. Alexz Johnson played the character during the eighth season of “Smallville.”

Saturn Girl, a.k.a. Imra Ardeen, is a kind, strong-willed hero who uses her telekinetic powers to help those in need. She was born on Titan, one of Saturn’s moons, and arrives on Earth just in time to help Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) face one of her biggest threats.

The hero’s first appearance in a DC comic was in 1958’s “Adventure Comics” #247. In the comics, Saturn Girl is one of the founding members of the Legion of Super-Heroes in the 30th and 31st centuries. She »

Several writers have resigned from the influential movie site Ain't It Cool News (AICN) after a woman came forward to accuse that site's 45-year-old founder, Harry Knowles, of having sexually assaulted her nearly two decades ago.

In a statement posted Monday to Twitter, Steve Prokopy, a Chicago-based writer who signs his reviews "Capone," called the choice to leave the site "a remarkably easy decision to make."
