The Parents Guide for /The Adventures of Robin Hood can be found here.

The Adventures of Robin Hood was based on a screenplay co-written by writers Norman Reilly Raine and Seton I. Miller.

There is a montage scene in the movie where we are shown various guards being killed by an unseen archer (Robin Hood [Errol Flynn]) because the guards are killing/hurting innocent people. Robin always uses a black arrow for these attacks. So when Sir Guy [Basil Rathbone] asks the "Tall Tinker" at the tournament why it is he didn't use a black arrow today, he is saying that he sees through the disguise and knows that the Tall Tinker is really Robin Hood, which is why Robin reveals himself right after the comment.
