• Continuity: Sky Masterson's handwriting on the back of the Bible verse card changes between shots.
  
  
• Continuity: When Nathan and Adelaide are in the restaurant, Adelaide sneezes and raises her hand to her nose. In the next shot, she is holding a handkerchief in her hand which wasn't there before.
  
  
• Continuity: While Sky and Nathan are talking in the restaurant and Nathan is trying to get Sky to eat some cheese cake, a man walking in the street outside disappears and a woman walks past in his place.
  
  

• Miscellaneous: During the opening credits, one of the vertical signs reads "SIRAND" not "STRAND".
  
  
• Continuity: When Adelaide is singing "Adelaide's Lament", she goes to the medicine cabinet and opens the doors. To her left is a gray dress hanging on a hanger. The camera view then shifts to her face as seen through the medicine cabinet, while she sings, and the gray dress is visible behind her. From that perspective, the gray dress should be to her left (camera right), and NOT visible when looking into the room through the back of the medicine cabinet.
