Own the rights?
I guess fifteen or so years wasn't long enough to look objectively at history. If this would just own up to being a biased look at the man, a swift kick to the face of him, as I'm certain that quite a few at the time - and today - wanted to deliver, and with good reason... but no, it had to start with a disclaimer that everything was either true or based upon facts. This is a documentary(that can't muster up much objectivity at all), and it consists of footage from the events, reenactments and narration. While there isn't for a second a shadow of a doubt what they think about Hitler, with extremely obvious, manipulative editing choices, and outright *saying* what they view him as, this does also retell some of what happened, starting during World War I. As long as you realize this is pure propaganda, put together by people who presumably either worried that Nazism would gain more followers if they didn't use hyperbole, or who were ignorant of how the rise occurred(psst... the entire country felt humiliated, the political parties didn't satisfy people, and he took advantage of the, at the time, wide-spread hatred of Jews and ignorant look on genetics/race), hopefully it won't do a lot of damage. I recommend this only to those who won't take it particularly seriously. 1/10
