Young Policeman:I didn't want to kill anybody.
Lieutenant Miles Crawford:You're not the first cop that ever had to kill a man or the last. In fifteen years, you'll learn how to carry it all inside, you'll know what a dead man looks like.
Lieutenant Miles Crawford:A man and a woman can love one another one minute and the next cut each other up. A drunk in a car, a kid high on pot, a sick molester with a poor little girl can twist your guts. All in one night.
Lieutenant Miles Crawford:Half the time you'll be making out reports another half the time you'll spend in courts trying to prove you didn't lie. And an extra half you'll use trying to remember the names of your wife and kids. Bed'll be hard to get because you don't earn enough...

What a laughably lousy movie!, 9 January 2007
Author: clarksmc from United States

I saw this flick at an Army base theater in Germany. Lousy script and lousy acting. The one thing I remember in detail is that the character played by Adam West keeps getting beat up by various thugs. This must have happened to him 3 - 5 times by the mid point of the movie. Then he goes into some little shop ran by a frail looking man who appeared to be in his sixty's. When the old guy did not cooperate during questioning, Adam West proceeded to beat the hell out of him. It was unintentionally hilarious! I remember people in the audience laughing and yelling at the screen 'you finally found someone who couldn't beat you up'. Other than that brief moment, the movie was a waste of film.
