The content of this page was created directly by users and has not been screened or verified by IMDb staff.
Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

There are several scenes with full frontal and rear nudity of both sexes. A boy undresses fully to get out of wet clothes. He and his friend compare penises, one of whom is shown with an erection.

An old man puts a girl's hand inside his pants. Her reaction is, "No one can milk a bull."

A woman is paid to make love to two men at once. She masturbates both at the same time then puts one man's hand on the other's crotch--all in full-view of the camera.

A man is shown masturbating a woman with some sort of long handled implement; the woman is enjoying this.

A man takes a woman's virginity--shown in medium shot with the man's back and rear covering the woman.

A man takes photographs of naked men--shown at a distance.

A woman dances in a see-through negligee.

A boy's rear is shown as he pulls up his pants, presumably after being sexually abused.

A woman looks up a dead woman's dress and announces that the corpse has no underwear.

A man massages a horse's sphincter with his fingers to get it to produce more manure (which is then thrown at another man).

Violence & Gore

Numerous people are shot to death. In one shooting scene, some fall face-first into a shallow puddle.

A man is assaulted with numerous pitchforks and walks around with them.

There is a wire around a boy's hat to hold captured frogs, some of them still twitching.

A man commits suicide by hanging.

A man slices his own ear off with a knife in full view of the camera.

A cat is killed by being head-butted; the man's face is shown dripping with cat blood.

A boy is murdered by having his brain dashed out; his wounded head is shown uncovered from a shallow grave.

A man is beaten bloody.

A pig is slaughtered and cleaned in explicit detail.

Handfuls of horse manure are ground into a man's face.

A woman is killed by being impaled on spikes.

We see a pistol held to a man's head and hear the sound of the shooting.

Two old men are seen fighting in the street.

An old man lies across a railroad track waiting for an on-coming train to cut off his head and feet.

Profanity

The F-word is used five times, and the S-word is used twenty-sixl times. There are a few religious exclamations; and the Church is seen generally supporting oppressors, whether the landowners or the Fascists.

One character smokes throughout the film. An epileptic woman is forced to drink alcohol causing a seizure. An alcoholic intentionally drinks to drunkenness. Three characters are shown taking cocaine.

Most of the scenes of violence are quite intense. A few of them should make the audience jump or gasp.

Particularly disturbing is the scene of a little boy who after being sexually abused is grabbed by the legs and has his brains bashed against the wall.
