After losing 230 pounds, Danny Cahill not only became the winner of the eighth season of "The Biggest Loser," but with a 55.58 percent weight loss, he is officially the biggest loser in "Biggest Loser" history.

The lovable land surveyor and musician was a fan favorite because of his caring attitude towards his fellow contestants, determination and frequent emotional breakdowns. In a conference call Wednesday following his win, he even called himself "the biggest crier."

Check out what else Danny shared:

What was your regimen from the time you left the ranch to last night's win?

Danny Cahill: I did exactly what I did on the ranch. I kept my diet exactly like I did. I was a stickler for what I put in my body. I kept the workouts the same I did on the ranch. I did that with the help of my family. They supported me wholly in the process. »

Obituary to release Live Xecution Party DVD

30 November 2009 3:35 PM, PST | Fangoria | See recent Fangoria news »

Beginning their career as Xecutioner in 1984, Obituary remains one of the most influential and groundbreaking bands in the death metal genre they inadvertently helped forge. It was a sound unlike anything anyone had heard prior. Engineered by the legendary Scott Burns at Morrisound Studio (which would consequently become one of the most sought after production facilities during the death metal surge of the '90s), Obituary's Slowly We Rot debut remains a pinnacle release among all walks of metal; a carnal pleasure for doom, death and thrash fans alike. After eight full-length albums and several smaller releases the band remains one of the most important death metal bands in the world. »

Former 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' Star Pitches New Reality Series

28 August 2009 12:00 AM, PDT | buddytv.com | See recent BuddyTV news »

DeShawn Snow may not have created enough drama on The Real Housewives of Atlanta for being "too human for a circus show" but that doesn't mean she's leaving the reality TV circuit for good. At present, she's pitching in a new series called Second Chance, which is "kind of like Top Model meets Charm School."

"We really want to give them a chance and the people we are looking for [on Second Chance] are people who have been given up on or they have given up on themselves, they had children at a young age or they were on drugs, whatever, because you can really turn your life around," Snow told Ok! Magazine.
