Then he takes a sharp, spiked ball and shoves it in and out of her vagina.One of the main characters 'Faye' is shown nude at several different points of the film.There are many scenes of tribal nudity from men, woman and children. This is all non-sexual.A man baths with naked woman. However this is in a non-sexual way.There is also a very strong sex scene.A man's penis is cut off near the end of the film--this is shown fully.

Profanity: 7/10Uses of strong language at many points in the movie. 'Fuck' is used as well as some sexual dialog and hand gestures are displayed directly to the camera at several points.
Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: 8/10There are several uses of marijuana and cocaine at the start of the movie.Professor Monroe smokes a pipe throughout.A soldier at the start is seen drinking beer.At the start one of the main characters seems 'high' for a short period of time.Near the start a cannibal is forced to use cocaine.
Frightening/Intense Scenes: 10/10This movie is extremely disturbing throughout. Many onscreen scenes of rape and cannibalism.This is definitely the most disturbing and horrific movie I have ever seen.This is the way the rating system works:5-10: UK Rating (U) - i.e. Finding Nemo, Garfield. 10-15: UK Rating (PG) - i.e. Home Alone, National Treasure 15-20: UK Rating (12) - i.e. Bruce Almighty, Mr. Deeds 20-25: UK Rating (15) - i.e. The Terminator, Airplane 25-45: UK Rating (18) - i.e. Scarface, Taxi Driver 45+: - This film should be banned!There can also be some exceptions depending on the type of movie/DVD. (i.e. Stand-Up Comedy)Rating of this movie/DVD: 45/50 - This movie should be banned!I doubt I'll ever give nearly as high a rating for a movie ever again but this definitely deserves it. A great movie, but horrific and disturbing throughout.NOT FOR ANYONE UNDER 18 OR ANYONE FAINT-HEARTED! - You were warned.
