Sex & Nudity

Several women get topless throughout the movie, including Jennifer Jason Leigh. A woman also is seen taking a shower; you can partially see her breasts and butt.

Violence & Gore

A woman's dead body is seen in a stream.

A guy gets decapitated; it's quick and not very graphic.

A woman is strangled to death with a belt.

A guy gets stabbed in the neck; blood squirts from his wound.

A girl's throat is slashed and she dies slowly; quite bloody.

A guy gets shot in the side and then in the head; very bloody.

There's at least 2 other offscreen deaths.

Profanity

Uses of the f-word, sometimes in a forced sexual way. Some other milder language is used.

Nothing.

In one scene a little girl is violently abducted by a stalker. There's other creepy scenes throughout where the killer just appears out of nowhere.
