Before the release of New Moon, nearly 8,000 PopWatch readers voted in our "Team Edward or Team Jacob" poll, with 62 percent being emphatically Team Edward. As promised, we're doing a post-premiere poll to find out if Jacob's onscreen transformation — and the pain Edward put Bella through — has earned the werewolf any points. Vote again after the jump.
A more interesting question has turned out to be whether Bella is really the best role model in the film. We're flashing a giant Spoiler Alert here so we can have an open discussion. Let's be clear: It's not a question of abstaining from premarital sex,

This month in soap, run, Roy, run! Tony's out to silence his confidant in Corrie; Ronnie finds a new sperm donor in EastEnders; and there's another fire in arson-prone Emmerdale
Exciting times on Coronation Street. Maria knows that Tony killed her ex-husband, Liam. Again. Let's be frank: Maria knew this last Boxing Day when she punched Tony's face, then painted "Murderer" on the side of Underworld in foot-high, blood-red letters. It didn't stop Maria forming a meaningful life-partnership with Tony months later and letting him prance off to baby yoga with her baby strapped to his chest. "Oooh, you're a right softeh, you are!
Can I have that foot rub you promised me later?" Maria would beam as Britain scrunched its face and developed anxiety-related ezcema at her idiocy.
Maria is, let there be no quibble, a solid gold idiot. She was an idiot when she slept with Toyah's boyfriend,

John and Edward combined with Wham! – it's going to be a heady Saturday night. But what else does this week hold for Danyl, Stacey, Jedward, Joe, Lloyd and Olly?
Preamble
All of last week's X Factor action
"Call me good, call me bad, call me anything you want to baby". Such an open invitation to hurl abuse at the X Factor contestants has rarely been proffered - but prepare yourselves, because this Saturday's X Factor theme is Wham!. Or Wham! and George Michael, which possibly sounds like less fun. (Think you could choose a better theme night than that? You are not alone. Head over here to share your ideas).
In theory, that should be right up the brothers Grimes street – it could surely only be bettered by a Bros night. But how will everyone else cope? Will Danyl have got over the enormous strop he apparently threw during the

Kristen Stewart, who has repeatedly complained about how her fame invades her privacy, shares with Parade Magazine during an interview the key to live her life to the full. "I really feel if you really feel like you need to do it then you should do it. Afterwards, if you're told that you made a mistake and you admit it, there's nothing to be ashamed of. You only live once. I say be extreme. Go for it. I think that's the point of 'Twilight'. I'm not preaching to anybody, but that's what I think," so she speaks her mind.
On the same occasion she also takes time to address rumors of her dating Robert Pattinson, her on-screen lover in "Twilight" and "The Twilight Saga's New Moon". "I get why fans want to know more about the cast as real people and they want us to be together and all of that.

Video Game Review: Activision Gets Poppy With Catchy ‘Band Hero’

Chicago – No one can accuse Activision and Neversoft of allowing their music game franchise to get stale. In fact, some might argue that they have flooded the market with too many similar products including “Guitar Hero: Metallica,” “Guitar Hero: Smash Hits,” “Guitar Hero 5,” “DJ Hero,” and, now, “Band Hero” in just this year alone (with “Guitar Hero: Van Halen” dropping before Christmas as well).
Video Game Rating: 3.5/5.0
So, how does “Band Hero” distinguish itself from the other titles? It doesn’t really. This is a more-of-the-same proposition, a somewhat-themed expansion set for what you know and love about the “Guitar Hero” games. At times, it feels like a bit of a wasted opportunity, but the title is ultimately a well-crafted, family-oriented installment of this crowded franchise and it should deliver what buyers are looking for this holiday season.

Ladies and Gentlemen, A Word from Werner Herzog

Werner Herzog is crazy and brilliant and German. He's had a random and illustrious career which has taken him to South America, Bear Country, The End of the World and now lands him squarely in New Orleans. The Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans - a remake that's not a remake with a title that looks like it should either involve Martin Lawrence and John Cusack as buddy cops or be stamped on the front of a DVD in the dollar bin - already has buzz surrounding it because 1) Herzog has never seen the film his title borrows from and 2) there is some crazy shit in the trailer.
I was lucky enough to see the flick last week (to the break of dawn), and while a review is forthcoming, I thought I'd share some things that the esteemed director had to say on some of the more questionable elements.

Kristen Stewart Interview The Twilight Saga: New Moon

Earlier today, the massive Los Angeles press junket for Summit Entertainment’s “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” began. All weekend the cast is going to be doing tons of interviews and I’d imagine you’re going to be reading the coverage on every website you follow. So rather than wait till the week of release, I’m going to be jumping in head first and posting what was said as fast as I can get it done. And up first… Kristen Stewart.
While at last year’s press junket for the first “Twilight” film, I got the sense that the massive worldwide interest was a bit much for this talented young actress. But, on stage today, she not only handled the media like a pro, she seemed a lot more comfortable being closely associated with Bella Swan. In fact, she seemed really happy to be talking about the movie.

Christina Aguilera has revealed that she plans to show her risque pop video for the 2002 hit single “Dirrty” to her son.
The Irish and Latin American singer, who has 21-month-old Max Liron with her husband Jordan Bratman, said she is looking forward to showing Max all of her videos, including “Dirrty” which features her prancing around a wrestling ring in leather hotpants.
She said: “He’ll see all of my work, I’m sure. But I think that’s also a part of what I want him to appreciate in women - the fact that sexuality is not something you should be ashamed of.
“The more you try to forbid something and keep it secret, the more it becomes this thing you should be fearful of.”
Aguilera, 28, who was raised by her Irish-American mother and Clare-born grandmother, also said she is shaping Max up to be a rocker when he grows up,

Sly, Arnie and Bruce Film Scene for The Expendables

Honestly, could The Expendables possible get any more action stars? The Trifecta of 80’s action movie stars finally shot a scene together. Stallone, Schwarzenegger & Willis united to film their scene last weekend. /Film has all the details, but sadly no photos.
For those who grew up watching 80’s action movies, The Expendables looks like it’s going to be a real treat. It looks to be a throwback to those days and it just gets better. Apparently the scene shot with the trio is dialogue only, which is a bummer but it will be fun to see them on screen together. Since this film is in the 80’s action movie vein and their scene was just dialogue, I’m wondering if they worked in a “Go for it”, “I’ll be back” and ” Yippee kai yay….” Too much to ask for? Probably. And as far as the scene being dialogue only,

Buy This: 'Karate Kid' Shower Halloween Costume

Those familiar with my wild, suburban antics behind the scenes of Cinematical will know that I have a small, unhealthy obsession with The Karate Kid. Perhaps it's because the film first hit theaters right as I was heading toward that childhood sweet spot where films stick to your heart and soul and wind up growing up a part of you. Or maybe it's because I've always connected with Daniel Larusso since, as teenagers, we were both wimpy skinny kids with thick New York/New Jersey accents who, for one reason or another, were forced to deal with a group full of a**holes during our high school years.
Either way, it's an awesome movie -- and whenever Halloween comes around, I always make my lady crazy by insisting that I must were Daniel's shower costume to whatever lame Halloween party she decides to drag me to. Unfortunately, I've never worn it,

Colin Jacobson reviews Hero.
Hero begins 2000 years
ago, with a lone man on his way to visit with the King of China's Qin
province during the height of the warring states period. The King has
been leading a bloody campaign trying to unite the whole of China and
bring peace to the county, and his aggressive tactics aren't exactly a
big hit with the entire population.
As such, the King has been
constantly under threat of assassination, surviving multiple attempts
over the last decade. The problem has gotten so bad that no one is
allowed within 100 paces of the royal throne, under penalty of
immediate execution.
The stranger - a man known only
as Nameless (Jet Li) - has evidence to present to the king that will
prove to him that he has nothing left to fear. He's brought with him
the weapons of the three deadliest assassins in all
