A character tries to seduce a man but he refuses. She rolls him over on top of her and says "I want you inside me". This is quite strong for a PGStantz (Aykroyd) has a brief dream sequence where a ghost (played by a former Playboy model) hovers over him while he's in bed. The camera pans down to show his belt unbuckling itself, then his zipper unzipping and his pants opening up, before panning up to his face as he makes an loss-of-control expression with crossed eyes. (Implying fellatio, but nothing is seen except his facial reaction stated above).A woman is shown fully nude from the front in a long sequence; however, it is obviously a demon (red eyes are shown, but apart from that it's a woman).
Some mild supernatural violence, including use of taser-like weapons.

Some characters can be seen casually smoking and drinking throughout the film.
Ghosts and monsters appear in some scenes, which young viewers may find frightening. Especially the one in the library at the beginning of the film.Some monsters look particularly vicious and menacing, with one which growls like a dog.Some monsters however, while menacing, appear to be quite cartoon-like, including a monster with a love of food, and later in the film, one assuming the form of a giant marshmallow man.In one scene, the main characters fall into a fissure.Two characters transform into vicious dog-like demons.
