Sex & Nudity

Dead women are seen toplees or nude after being murdered and possibly raped.

Two scenes of attempted rape, one with breast nudity.

Violence & Gore

The opening scenes show various bodies killed in different ways- shot, strangeled, cut, etc.

A man is brutally stabbed(very bloody) and has a television smashed on his head.

A man is shot multiple times(some blood).

Two protsitutes are killed by strangulation and breaking of the neck.

The character's are constantly seen drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes.

Otis is a drug dealer in the film and supplies one man with a bag of weed.

Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer is an unflinching look at a serial killer and his crimes, many may find the sequences of him committing his crimes both intense and frightening.
