The content of this page was created directly by users and has not been screened or verified by IMDb staff.
Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

Three Disney kisses: Two between the Princess and Aladdin and one between the Princess and the evil Jafar.

The princess is drawn rather seductively, with a little cleavage and an exposed midriff. And she does flaunt her curvy figure.

Violence & Gore

A huge lion head -- it's supposed to be a cave -- comes alive and gobbles up a thief who goes inside.

Aladdin is threatened by guards brandishing swords a number of times.

Aladdin and his monkey and magic carpet are trapped in the cave of wonders when it is flooded with lava.

Jafar turns into a huge snake and begins squeezing Aladdin.

The Sultan is chained and is being tortured by being force-fed crackers by Jafar's parrot.

A guard almost cuts off the princess's hand.

Profanity

None.

When Genie is doing an impersonation of a french person and has a cigarette in his mouth. (him and Aladdin are talking about Jasmine, before Genie turns him into a prince) On top of that, he uses it to blow smoke-shaped heart, a cute sight-gag.

At the end, Jafar turns into a large, venomous snake, and later, a red and menacing-looking Genie.

There is a scene where it appears Aladdin might drown, though he is later rescued.
