Keep in mind that all of the violence of this movie is meant to be funny.

Profanity

Some strong language (F-word), along with quite a bit of milder language.

Some characters are seen smoking and drinking at a party.

The movie is very gory, so to some it may be very gross. Since the movie is a comedy movie, however, the gore is played for laughs, and will be funny to most mature individuals.
