Very tame for an R rated movie. There are only three parts with blood or gore and they are very brief.

One soldier has his heart riped out. A girl is shown with some blood on her. A man is shot with a gunshot wound shown only a second. And 3 battles.

A soldier is scalped onscreen.

Profanity

1 hell and 3 damns.

Not that i know of.

The heart scene is intense.

Another man is also burned alive. This scene is brief but intense.
