Peter Jackson's latest film "The Lovely Bones" is based on Alice Sebold best selling novel. The film centers around 14 year old Susie Salmon who was murdered on her way home from school. She soon realizes that she's not in heaven but stuck in the in between and continues to watch her family and killer from this surreal and dream like word. If you pay close attention to detail you might be able to catch Jackson in the film. He makes a quick cameo while Mark Wahlberg's character is picking up photos in a camera store. There is also another scene where you might catch a glance of J.R.R Tolkien's "Lord of the Rings" poster on a window of a mall shop. Leave it to Peter Jackson to keep us on our toes. So one of these men played Indiana Jones for years; one played a decent pretender to his crown - but now, Harrison Ford and Brendan Fraser are working together to cure dread diseases in Extraordinary Measures, the generically-titled medical drama that's just released its trailer online.Based - in the fine old tradition of, say, Lorenzo's Oil - on a true story, Brendan Fraser and Keri Russell here play parents whose two children are afflicted with a rare, and fatal, genetic disorder. In desperation they seek out anti-social but brilliant research scientist who might, maybe, be able to help.We have a feeling that this is one of those trailers that tells you pretty much the whole story of the film, but there looks to be a fair amount of emotion, conflict, redemption and possibly miracle-working in there, so if you're into triumph-over-the-odds stories, this could be perfect for you.

Jared Harris has the acting bug in his genes, but that doesn't mean he didn't forge his way through the biz on his own. Jared, the son of legendary actor Richard Harris, became first known for his portrayal of Andy Warhol in the 1996 indie I Shot Andy Warhol, which lead to a spate of work throughout the 90s that lead to bigger studio films like roles in Mr. Deeds, Resident Evil: Apocalypse, Ocean's Twelve and Lady In the Water. Brendan Fraser has signed on to join Harrison Ford in medical drama Crowley, uniting Indiana Jones and The Mummy's Rick O'Connell at last. We were hoping that together they'd be lassooing and/or casting ancient mystical spells to combat disease while outrunning ravenous hordes of voles or something, but judging by the synopsis things are set to be a little less exciting.The film's based on the true story of John (Fraser) and Aileen Crowley, whose two children were born with a rare genetic disorder. Although there was no treatment available, they refused to give up hope, tracking down a researcher (Ford) with a potential cure.
