Sex & Nudity

During a demostration of the Grazer One satelite it zooms in on a topless woman sunbathing on a beach, there is a close up of her bare breasts.

Two people are seen in bed together and they were obviously having sex, no nudity or sex is shown.

Violence & Gore

Under Siege 2: Dark territory is an extremely violent action film, it's a film which promotes fighting violence with violence, it's action scenes are often very brutal.

A group of mercenaries storm an army supply camp: - Two soldiers are shot in the head. - Two more soldiers are repeatedly shot in the chest, gory bullet wounds and blood are shown.

Sarah Ryback (Katherine Heigl) twists a porters wrist and throws him over her shoulder.

Two train drivers are repeatedly shot in the cest, bullet wounds and blood shown.

A chef attacks one of the mercenaries with a meat cleaver but is shot and killed, bullet wound and blood seen.

Casey Ryback (Steven Seagal) punches a mercenary in face, he then slams him into a kitchen cupboard, karate chops him in the throat and throws him off the train, in retaliation the rest of the mercenaries repeatedly shoot the carriage from the outside killing all the remaining chef's inside, bullet wounds and blood seen.

Casey surveys the carnage and a blood stained floor is shown.

Captain David Trilling (David Gianopoulos) is thrown from a moving train and is then shot at as well. Captain Linda Gilder (Brenda Bakke) is also thrown from the train as well but as it is passing across a bridge, Gilder's body is seen falling 100's of feet into a river below.

Casey bends Bobby Zachs (Morris Chestnut) thumb to get his attention.

A mercenary is hit on the forehead with the handle of a knife by Casey, he then slits his wrist and clothes lines him to the floor.

Casey attacks the front carriage: - He grabs hold of a mercenaries hand and forces his arm up to his neck and then using the gun the mercenary is holding shoots him through the neck, a large splatter of blood is seen on the wall behind him and a large bullet wound is seen on his neck. - A mercenary climbing onto the roof of the train is kicked off the front of it by Casey and is hit by the on coming train and dragged under the wheels, there is a breif shot of him being dragged along. - A mercenary is shot, bloody bullets wounds seen in his back. - A mercenary is shot several times in the face, bloody bullets wounds seen. - A mercenary is shot in the leg in close-up, later on he is also thrown from the moving train and hits a wooden shed by the side of the track. - Casey is shot in the shoulder by a sniper.

Penn (Everitt McGill) slaps the face of one of his men.

Kelly (Sandra Taylor) the barmaid is shot trying to protect Sarah.

Casey attacks the mercenaries main control room: - He throws a homemade bomb at a mercenary, he catches it and it explodes setting him on fire, he stagger into another mercenary who also sets alight before Penn shoots one in the back. - Casey shoots a man with a flare gun in the chest and he tumbles down the stairs, he stands up and Casey kicks him off the train. - Casey slams the next mercenary againt a wall and kicks him in the face before snapping both of his wrists. - While on a cliff face Casey elbows a man in the face and he falls down the cliff, another mercenary on rope is punched and elbowed int he face and has his face slammed against the cliff face. - Another mercenary has his rope shot by Casey which then snaps sending him 100's of feet to his death. - Bobby shoots a mercenary in the chest, bullet wound and blood shown.

Sarah digs her fingernail into Penn's cheek.

Casey twists a mercenaries wrist, flips him over his shoulder and then forces his head right back slowly breaking his neck.

Casey and Bobby storm the hostage carriage: - A mercenary is karate chopped in the throat. - A mercenary has a knife thrown into his neck, he slowly falls to the floor. - Several mercenaries are shot, bullet wounds and blood splatter seen, one is shot in the head and a large splatter of blood is seen on the wall behind him, while another is shot in the side of the head and a large bloody bullet wound is seen. - A hostage is repeatedly shot in the chest, bullet wounds and blood shown. - More mercenaries are shot in graphic detail, one mercenarie accidently shoots one of his own in the dark before he is repeatedly shot in the chest himself.

Penn is attacked by one of his men with a knife which Penn grabs and uses to stab him in the throat with, very graphic and brutal scene.

While inside a helicopter Bobby is punched in the balls, face and chest by a female mercenary (Afifi), Bobby grabs her wrist, twists it and throws her out of the helicopter and she hits the side of the train as she falls to her death.

In a struggle with a mercenary Casey breaks his arm and strangles him.

Penn puts a metal wire noose around Sarah's neck and tightens it.

Casey and Penn fight each other, first they use knives, Casey throws Penn across a table and then down some stairs before he repeatedly punches Penn's head and chest and then repeatedly knees Penn in the chest before slamming him against a cupboard and finally breaking his neck. By the end of the fight Penn had severe cuts, marks, bruises and injuries to his face and nose.

Casey shoots Travis Dane (Eric Bogosian) in the stomach and he falls backwards out of a window.

Travis tries to climb into the helicopter so Casey slams the door shut which severes all of Travis' fingers and sends him falling into a burning wreckage of the train below, there are shots of his severed fingers as well as Travis falling into the fireball below and screaming while on fire.

Profanity

Infrequent use of strong profanity and bad language.

People are occasionally seen drinking and smoking throughout the film.

Several, like before an evil lady pushes a guy and lady off the train to kill them she goes, "It's ok."

Another bad guy describes the process of putting a hot needle through an eye and what happens.

Another bad guy finally captures a good guy and before going to kill him asks him, "Would you like to see it coming?"
