I can't remember his name but he was being sued by his former girlfriend for failing to pay her back after she supported his children and paid his bills after he got fired from his construction job due to excessive tardies, abscences and poor work due to his constant drinking and partying. He lost custody of his children also because of his immoral ways and the children had to go to foster parenting because the mother was already unfit to take them. He came on the show after already partying and getting drunk the night before and did nothing but stand there and lie and make stupid comments the whole time while JJ and the audience just laughed at him. Judge Judy is certainly right when she said that people should have to take tests before they are allowed to have children and this guy and his former wife are prime examples of that.
