Sex & Nudity

The opening segment of this movie shoots the rape scene from the eyes of the 10 year old victim. It is not particularly graphic but emotionally disturbing.

Violence & Gore

There is a brief scene in which the accused shoots the rapists which may be considered intense from a child's perspective. Woman is hung up on post in her underwear and her head is slammed against wooden pole Man is cut on leg, not very bloody Man elbows man in face Large town-square scene of blacks and whites brutally fighting; a few explosions and fires, a few where people are beaten up and terrorized (later we see bruises, blood and scratches on them). A girl is raped and we see her limbs tied and the men climbing on top of her from her viewpoint; we see her legs kicking as she is strung up from a treee. Later we see her bloody, scratched legs and her bloody, swollen, disfigured face.

Profanity
