This is dvd looks very good most of the time. Only sometimes a bit of noise is visible, possibly resulting from compression. There colors are accurate and also the shadow detail is good, altough the movie looks a bit darks from time to time. The resolution is excellent and the picture has only a minimal amount of aliasing.
This sound is not that spectacular. It is only mono (as most other Woody Allen movies), not very dynamic and the frequency response rolls off a bit to soon at the high end.
