Lots of shots of blood in vials, bags and needles. Spots of blood on feet, fingers and arms in some scenes. A puddle of blood on a floor, and later we see a very bloody, pulpy head in a puddle of blood (seen twice). A corpse is shown with cuts on its head. A person nearly drowns and a man is nearly hit by cars. A man is beaten with face punches, head butts and kicks. A man incinerates himself (off screen, it is not actually seen). Scuffles.
