• Crew or equipment visible: Camera operator's shadow visible on the ground during the first scene where Sydney meets John (full-frame version only).
  
  
• Audio/visual unsynchronized: When Sydney shoots Jimmy, there are six audible shots, but only five muzzle flashes from gun.
  
  
• Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): In the motel room, Sydney leans over to see if the hostage is breathing, and places his right hand on the bed headboard, after he has already wiped the room for fingerprints.
  
  

• Continuity: When Sydney and Clementine are drinking coffee in the diner, Clementine's cigarette switches from her right to her left hand between shots.
  
  
• Crew or equipment visible: When Sydney first walks to John sitting outside the restaurant, the camera tracks behind him. At the end of the shot, the camera's plastic cover (it was a damp day) is visible on the left in the door glass.
  
  
• Continuity: In the scene where Sydney goes to Jimmy's apartment to kill him, we can see that before Jimmy arrives it is day time in one shot (although it was night outside from the shot before) and then it is night time again.
  
  
• Continuity: When John and Clementine leave the motel for their honeymoon in Niagara Falls they are driving a Chrysler product, possibly a Plymouth Gran Fury. The Chrysler "star" hood ornament is clearly visible as they leave. When they are driving across the desert, a view out the windshield shows a blue-and-white Buick Regal hood ornament. The character Sydney is driving a silver/blue Buick Regal.
  
  
• Continuity: In the very first scene when Sydney walks up to John at the Coffee Shop, above John is three lights. The light on the right has a design in the upper half. In the final scene, when Sydney walks in the same diner, the design is on the lower half. While its plausible that in the 2+ years that passed since they first met, the light has changed, it is likely an unintentional error.
