Trivia:
A lot of quality fight choreography by Sammo Hung Kam-Bo was cut from the films final release. This included the drastic shortening of both Jeff Wolfe and Michael Miller's fights against Jean-Claude Van Damme in the finale. In the UK DVD Making Of, a glimpse of Jeff Wolfe's extended fight can be seen moreQuotes:
Harry Johanson: Once we have our little baby bombs all over the U.S., they'll be a monthly satellite bill that would make HBO green with envy. A hundred million dollars a month. And if they don't pay, we send the detonation signal... and good-bye, yellow brick road.Tommy Hendricks: Good-bye, yellow brick road? Better buy some new CD's, Harry. It's pathetic.

John Woo failed, so did Ringo Lam, but Tsui Hark did it. He made a movie in Hollywood, as good as his previous Hong Kong-movies. This is easily the best Van Damme movie to date. The story is actually pretty good(and funny), the acting is great and the action kicks ass. Very stylishly directed by Hark, this is an outstanding effort from the Van Damme/Hark-team(who also worked together on Double Team). I can´t understand why so many people is putting this movie down. I think it is a very enjoyable action movie, and for Van Damme-fans, this is a must-see. I give it 9 out of 10
