Own the rights?
I don't normally come across many movies that I can't completely sit through, but unfortunately this turned out to be one of those. This is also one of the cheapest, most poorly shot movies I have seen. A girl and her father have a job cleaning out an old, rundown house, which turns out to have some sort of evil entity in it. After her father leaves to secretly go to a bar, her friends come over to help and begin getting killed off. This movie had absolutely nothing going for it. The first two minutes of the movie, an actor walks into a boom mike which is hanging a foot into the frame. After seeing that, it was impossible to take the rest of the movie seriously. Also, in one scene, a guy bumps into the camera, causing it to shake and he actually says "oops". Unbelievable what crap they'll put on the shelves. Not even worth a laugh.
