Storyline

"The X-Files" writer/executive producer Howard Gordon presents an exploration of a nefarious world where "big business" funds "big science," and the answers Paul Turner finds lead to more questions than have ever been imagined. After exposure to chemical weapons during the Gulf War, ex-Government scientist Turner spent six isolated years fighting for his life until an enigmatic Asian woman saved him with a miraculous cure...that lasted only temporarily. Ever since, the illness has regularly returned to ravage Turner's body until the woman mysteriously reappears to provide another dose. really good sci fi

It is a shame this show couldn't last more, it was pretty interesting, and by the time it was produced seemed to be an improved option for x-files but focused on science instead of alien stuff, the acting was pretty good as well.

As far as I remember the majority of episodes were thrilling and well developed, I even thought they were more but actually they did just 13, notwithstanding, enough to get a fan of the series. I hope I can get some day the DVD and watch it again just to have a good time.

I don't understand why the best TV shows get always cancelled, firefly, drive, just to mention some of them, It doesn't make any sense.
