A man and a woman follow each other into the bedroom and take their sweaters off (it is is implied they are going to take their clothes off and have sex), but then are interrupted by a noise.

A man in his underwear shoots another man.

A woman is shown in a shower, it's obvious she's naked but it's too blurry.

A boy is seen in his underwear at night.

A man shoots another man, then commits suicide by shooting himself (the suicide is shown off screen). No blood is shown.

During the first encounter with Cole, Malcom notices scratches on Cole's arm (The cuts are nothing intense).

While doing laundry, Cole's mother notices a note with words such as "What the hell is going on" and "I'll fucking kill you bastards" on it.

Cole notes that a school was used for hanging people before becoming a school. In the background, we see a boy writing "I will not hurt people" as lines (for punishment).

A boy is locked in a closet, we hear him agressively screaming, kicking, and suffering to get out. When Lynn opens the door, Cole is passed out.

Cole tells Malcom that he sees dead people.

A ghost shows Cole her slit wrists with blood all over them.

We see three bloodied hanging corpses from the celing.

A boy ghost turns around to reveal a hole in the back of his head.

A female ghost is seen vomiting.

We see on a video that a mother poisons the female vomiting ghost daily to keep her sick.

A woman is seen burned on one half of her body.

We see a woman standing outside a car door with blood all over her face.

The man getting shot is shown again, except this time, his wife rolls him over and we see a large pool of blood underneath him.

One written F-word, a couple of anatomical and scatological references, a few mild obscenities and some name-calling. One use of the word bullsh*t. Someone gets referred to as "cheese d*ck".

Anna gets some wine from the basement and we then see that both she and Malcolm appear somewhat tipsy. She then tells him "I never told you, but you sound a little bit like Dr. Seuss when you're drunk."

A person or their shadow briefly passes by the camera and into the bathroom. Malcolm then slowly walks over there and discovers a former patient, now grown up, who's broken into their home, acting rather unbalanced and more than a bit creepy (the scene is a minute or so long and quite unnerving). That man then shoots Malcolm and then commits suicide (off camera).

A young boy is locked into a small dark cabinet by two other boys. This part is very intense and cruel. Especially that its done by two other peers of Cole.

A female ghost spews a white liquid from her mouth.

Three people are shown hanging by the neck.

A female ghost bicycle rider is shown bloody.

The temperature is shown to drop when a ghost is present.

But again, the entire plot is based on a young child seeing dead people and it is frightning/intense throughout.
