• Continuity: The cuts and bruises on Brandon's face change while he talks to Lana inside the shack.

The courthouse building that Brandon walks into to pay the traffic ticket ALSO says "Hunt County." But the sheriff tells Brandon that "this is what the Lincoln authorities faxed us over."

In fact, it is common for fake ids (which Brandon has) to be out-of-state ids, since this makes authentication more difficult.
  
  
• Crew or equipment visible: When Brandon is getting on with the crowd and they have their cars driving around in circles in the dust, the shadow of the film crew can be seen.
  
  

• Continuity: SPOILER: When Brandon is shot, blood splatters on the wall behind him, yet when John gets up just a few seconds later, there is no blood on that part of the wall.
