I don't speak Turkish, I had no idea what they were saying in this. When I bought it I was expecting a low budget film with stolen scenes. When the first scene was shown, with the crew manning their stations on the bridge, I was blown away! It was a very good replica of the Star Trek series. The costumes and scenery are both excellent. The actors are excellent Turkish versions of the originals. The beginning theme song is corny, and they used scenes from the original series, but that's only for the credits. You don't need to really understand Turkish to enjoy this, but I guess it would help. I didn't understand much, but I understood enough that I enjoyed it. Omer is unintentionally transported into the future, and we get to see all the mishaps that take place with him on board the Enterprise. The man who played Omer, Sadri Alisik, was a very famous actor in Turkey who played in tons of movies. I laughed many times through this, but mostly I was just impressed at how much work they went through to make it look perfect. There are many websites selling dvdrs of this, if you don't mind watching movies in languages you don't understand, then buy it.
