Singer/Actress Cyndi Lauper tours Coney Island, New York and is perplexed by the way every vendor at Coney Island seems to look like her friend Aida, but the real Aida is nowhere to be found. As she scours the park looking for Aida, she recounts to the audience her career in music, some of her childhood adventures, and introduces many of her popular music videos, from 1984-1994. greatest video collection around
29 December 1999 | by See all my reviews

This is a MUST for Cyndi Lauper fans! It is about time a video collection was put out! I know for years I was waiting(since 1984) and nothing was ever put out until 1995). All the videos are there, and a few rarely seen videos (Who Let in the Rain, Thats What I think, Sally's Pigeons, and The World is Stone). However, and few important ones were left out: Hole in My Heart, The Goonies R Good Enough (parts one and two), and My First Night Without You. Boy Blue wasn't included, but it was just a concert clip from Cyndi Lauper in Paris, which a TRUE fan would own already anyway! I just wish they would put this collection on DVD! That would be great, especially if they included those extra videos I mentioned! But a definite must for any fan of Cyndi or pop culture in general! ENJOY
