- SPOILER: While in the three-story hospital, Harry discovers that a fourth floor button has mysteriously appeared on the elevator, and leads him to the nightmare world. In Japan, where the game was produced, hospitals don't have fourth floors because the Japanese words for "death" and "four" are pronounced the same.
