Storyline

Some sculptors use marble as a medium to create beauty; Edmund Kara uses large redwood tree stumps. Kara has been commissioned to create a statue of Elizabeth Taylor, which will be featured in The Sandpiper. We follow his creative process from selection of the redwood stump to the finished work. After the statue is completed, it is flown to Paris, France for a gala unveiling. Written by David Glagovsky <dglagovsky@prodigy.net>
