Trivia

After 13 episodes in the 1st season of the show Marvel had planned a 2nd season with 13 more episodes for The Sliver Surfer. But the 2nd season didn't air because Marvel was facing bankruptcy problems and couldn't afford to air the 2nd season even though the show had good ratings. See more »

Cancelled on a cliffhanger
25 September 1999 | by See all my reviews

It's a shame such a good show was cancelled like that. It really was good. Had some smart episodes and even turned characters who were lame in the comics interesting (like Beta Ray Bill). Some good animation as well. I hate it when good shows like this get cancelled.
