All the sex scenes involve adult actors playing high school kids (here called 'boys' and 'girls'). The underage actors in this film (such as Adam Chubbuck) do not appear in any sex scenes.

- Two boys and a girl have unsimulated sex with each other in a threesome scene. Parts of this scene are in close up. The girls breasts are shown but not hers or the boys genitals.

- We see a girl dropping her saliva into a boy's mouth and then giving him a blowjob while he is bound to a bed. We see several close-ups of the boy's penis.

- A nude older woman shoves a nude boy's head into her crotch and tells him to make her feel good. We see his tongue on each upward stroke as he licks her. All this is in close up.

- An older woman manipulates the penis of her teenage lover through his underwear, he can be seen becoming erect though his underwear remains on.

- We see a nude woman getting out of a bathtub as her teenage lover watches her through the mirror.

- An older woman and her teenage lover talk about the difference between having sex with her versus haveing sex with her teenage daughter (his girlfriend).

- A boy is sitting with his friends and looking at a porn magazine. We see a close-up picture of an erect penis held up to a woman's face.

- A boy auto-asphyxiates himself for sexual pleasure. We see him in a full frontal view masturbating until he cums. After he cums, the boy passes out from the auto-asphyxiation. We see a close up of his actual semen dripping from his penis, fingers, and thigh.

- Two men drive around looking for prostitutes.

- The camera pans down and then up the side of a man's body as we see urine flowing from his penis into a toilet.

- A man attempts to give his son oral sex while the boy is asleep.

- A girl is forced to marry her father (suggested incest not shown).

- Two adults are graphically stabbed to death by a nude boy with a knife. Very bloody. Blood spatters on the killer's face. We see the killer put a victim's false teeth in his mouth; he is shown blood-spattered, naked, lying face up on his bed with the false teeth in his mouth.

- A boy puts a gun to his head and pulls the trigger. We see his head explode as hair, blood, skull fragments, and brain matter fly wildly about the screen. After the mess clears we see a long shot of his body splayed out in a pool of blood.

- A boy holds his much younger brother on the floor during some serious rough-housing.

- A boy is brutally beaten and bitten by a man until the boy passes out.

- A boy is brutally beaten by his father.

- A boy kicks a man off of him.

The F-word is used at least 109 times. The S-word is used at least 29 times. Many other expletives and vulgar expressions.

Several characters, both teens and adults, smoke and drink. A pregnant woman is seen drinking. A bong is passed around by a roomful of teenagers. One of the adults is seen drinking while draving and falling-down drunk.

The suicide scene and stabbing scene are very graphic and may disturb some viewers.

The many unsimulated sex scenes may be intense for people sensitive to explicit sexual content.
