Rupert Grint is terrified at the prospect of kissing Emma Watson in the final Harry Potter film - because his co-star is like a sister.
The teenage stars have worked together since they were cast in the first installment of the boy wizard franchise, Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, which was released in 2001.
Now the pair will have to pucker up in the final film, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - and Grint admits he is dreading it.
He says, "The kiss will be quite uncomfortable.
"Emma's like a sister to me so it's going to be, like, really, really weird."

Voldemort made me do it...
Photo: Warner Bros. Update: Alan Horn, Warner Bros. president and chief operating officer, told the Associated Press, "The picture is completely, absolutely, 100 percent on schedule, on time. There were no delays. I've seen the movie. It is fabulous. We would have been perfectly able to have it out in November." Just thought I would throw a little fuel on the fire as this is sure to upset Potter fans considering that means Warner Bros. is just holding on to a finished project and making the little muggles of the world three online petitions mad. Thanks Hpana for the heads up! Flawed Hero, a commenter at the Harry Potter fansite Hpana who lists himself as a 16-year-old Potter fanatic, may not be with us too much longer. Upon yesterday's announcement of the delay of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince to July 17, 2009 he said this on Hpana's message boards.

Official word is in and Warner Bros. has moved Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince from its November 21, 2008 release date to July 17, 2009. Warner sudio chief Alan Horn said, "We know the summer season is an ideal window for a family tent pole release, as proven by the success of our last Harry Potter film, which is the second-highest grossing film in the franchise, behind only the first installment. Additionally, like every other studio, we are still feeling the repercussions of the writers' strike, which impacted the readiness of scripts for other films.changing the competitive landscape for 2009 and offering new windows of opportunity that we wanted to take advantage of. We agreed the best strategy was to move Half-Blood Prince to July, where it perfectly fills the gap for a major tent pole release for mid-summer." On the bright side it means it won't be such a long wait until

Warner Bros.' The Dark Knight added another $10.52 million to its gross on Monday, bringing the total to $324.3 million, making it the studio's biggest hit in history. In less than two weeks, it has already earned more than its previous top money-maker, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, did throughout its entire run in 2001-2002. Nevertheless, the success has had virtually no effect on the stock of the studio's parent, Time Warner. The Hollywood Reporter observed Tuesday that Time Warner shares stood at $14.70 on July 18, the film's opening day. On Tuesday they were trading at $14.57. The trade paper commented, "It appears that one of the biggest movies of all time has done nothing for shareholders of the company that made the film, distributed it and will collect the bulk of its profits. And let's not forget that Tw also is parent of DC Comics, where Batman was born, so profits ought to be rolling into that unit off of Dark Knight as well."

Harry Potter creator J.K. Rowling has written a prequel to her series of best-selling books - unraveling the story before her first novel Harry Potter And The Sorcerer's Stone.
The Potter prequel comes almost a year after Rowling published the final installment of the story, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, which was released last year.
But fans of the boy wizard franchise will be disappointed to learn the new tale is not set for publication - it will instead be sold at auction next month to raise money for charity.
