• Continuity: In the hallway after the pre-trial hearing, Charlie Grimes adjusts his tie twice.
  
  
• Continuity: When Claire is out jogging and is being followed by the pick-up truck - the store she goes to has a prominent "ADT Security" sticker on the door from the exterior shot (looking into the store), but from the shot looking out toward her there is no sign.
  
  
• Continuity: When shooting pool, Tom (Ron) has a shot to make the 13 ball off of the 5 ball in the corner pocket. In the first view, the 15 ball is between the cue ball and the 13 ball. When he shoots, the 15 ball has disappeared.
  
  

• Continuity: When the man from the bar makes Claire get out of the car, the tail-lights are left on. While they are talking a security guard drives up and the man runs to get back into the car, but the tail-lights are off.
  
  
• Continuity: While Christmas shopping in Union Square, Ashley Judd and James Caviezel change from carrying zero bags, to six shopping bags, to six bags and a giant red box, all in the span of less than 20 seconds.
  
  
• Factual errors: Crimes committed by Marine and Navy personnel are investigated by NCIS, or its predecessor the NIS, and not the CID which handle cases relating to the Army.
