i gave this a 9 out of 10 . this has scenes from faces of gore 1 - 3 plus 30 minutes of bonus footage called homeboy brain surgery , i cant beleive they got this footage , i found it to be so hardcore ! some teenage kids on lsd and drinking , and talking about crack rock cutting people up in a moruge . also the commentator dr. vincent van gore was alright better then most shockumentery commentators. he says some cold hearted stuff.

The real death "shockumentary" genre, first seen in FACES OF DEATH, reaches the pinnacle of tastelessness in BEST OF FACES OF GORE. FACES OF GORE is a 100% real death series that differs from its competitors in that it not only provides tons of bloody footage but adds in offensive jokes, puns and other nasty comments guaranteed to shock and offend! This "best of" compiles highlights from FACES OF GORE, FACES OF GORE 2 and FACES OF GORE 3, but that is not enough for the producers, oh no! They include a bonus section with 30 minutes of incredible footage of two inner city crackheads busting into the city morgue to mutilate dead white people! They laugh, rap, make jokes, drink malt liquor and smoke dope all the while as the videotape themselves ripping out guts ("it look like spaghetti, yo!") and turning human brains into hand puppets ("S'all right!"). I can't believe how sick and tragic this bonus footage is, they even named it "Home Boy Brain Surgery"... If you want to be grossed out, definitely check this brutal movie out!
