Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

We hear the rhythmic sounds of a woman repeatedly exclaiming "Yes!" and see a room service tray being rocked in a rhythmic fashion (with stuff falling off) as Frank has sex with a stewardess (which isn't seen). We then see him on top of her after they're done and see part of her bare breasts as he says that it was the best date on which he's ever been. The overall scene may be surprisingly graphic for a PG-13 film.

We see different woman with revealing clothing.

A sexy woman wants to have sex with a man for money and agree to a price, but nothing is shown.

A shirtless man and a woman in underclothes are sitting on a bed, implying she is too scared to start to have sex because she's still a virgin, but nothing is shown. She's actually not a virgin, she said she'd had an abortion.

A man and a woman kiss passionately at a desk while he sits in the chair and she tries to straddle him; she jumps on the desk in a short skirt, too.

Violence & Gore

While serving as a doctor, Frank has to see an emergency room case where a boy has blood all over him and what looks like a small bloody hole in his leg. After getting others to handle that, he goes into a janitor's room and we hear him vomit.

Profanity

At least 1 "f" word, 1 "s" word (with 2 more possible ones), 2 slang terms using female genitals ("p*ssy" as in the first name of a character from an old James Bond film), 1 slang term for breasts ("t*t"), 3 damns, 3 hells, 6 uses of "G-damn" and 1 use each of "Christ," "Jesus" and "God Almighty" as exclamations.

Paula smokes around 5 times, while various miscellaneous people smoke in various scenes (1 with a cigar).

Carl approaches Frank's room with his gun drawn and then holds it on him (although not played for true suspense).
