Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, that you instead use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

There are brief but direct discussions of sex; however there are no depictions of sex in the film.

A woman tries to initiate foreplay with her husband in bed, but he turns away from her.

An infant boy is seen in a bath; his genitals are clearly visible.

Violence & Gore

A man hits his head on a window drawing a fair amount of bleeding. A desk is pushed through a window destroying the desk.

There is a car shoot-out involving a car crash, two men getting shot, and a car going off the road into a lake.

There is a scene of domestic violence. A little child is seen in a bathtub full of water up to its nose after a parent leaves him unattended.

A man uses his fingers to probe inside a self-inflicted cut in his wrist that he made off-screen using his fingernails, trying to find an "implant" inserted into his wrist. Blood is shown all over his arm, clothing, and floor. There are no close-ups of the wound, but it is still unsettling.

A man is seen receiving electroshock therapy, which is quite disturbing.

A woman breaks a medicine cabinet mirror with her fists after medication makes her husband no longer interested in sex.

A woman slaps a man in anger.

Profanity

Some strong language, several uses of the word 's--t'.

A woman says the word "a--hole" once.

There are other minor vulgarities and profanities.

Numerous characters smoke and drink in several scenes.

Some of the scenes described in the section on violence might be hard for some viewers. A character is pinned down to a bed as he has a seizure.
