• Crew or equipment visible: While Barry is running away from the brothers from Utah, a shadow of the cameraman is visible on the street.
  
  
• Crew or equipment visible: When Barry is talking on the telephone with "Georgia" and sits down at his desk, the cameraman is reflected in the glass frame above the desk.
  
  
• Crew or equipment visible: Reflection of the crew can be seen at the mattress shop when Dean Trumbell is talking to Barry over the phone
  
  

• Errors in geography: During the first conversation between Dean and Barry, we see palm trees outside the mattress shop in Provo, Utah. Palm trees do not grow in Provo, Utah.
  
  
• Continuity: When Barry is watching Lena walk away after she drops off her car, he is holding his coffee thermos "backwards" (the handle is pointing away from his palm). After the cut when we see him duck inside the garage, he is holding the thermos by the handle.
  
  
• Continuity: After the brothers smash into Barry's car and it stops spinning, blood trickles from Lena's scalp and onto her cheekbone. When Barry returns to the car after beating up the brothers, there is no blood on Lena's face.
  
  
• Continuity: Barry and Lena are supposed to be staying at the Sheraton Waikiki Beach. But the logo for the Mandarin Oriental hotel is clearly embroidered on Barry's bathrobe.
  
  
• Continuity: When Barry punches the wall under the map, the map is stuck inside the hole. Later, there is a quick shot of him in front of the map again where you can see the hole above the map, but in the next shot, the map is clearly still stuck inside the hole.
  
  
• Continuity: When Barry boards the flight to Hawaii, he wears the blue suit with the red tie he keeps wearing throughout most time of the movie. When he is shown sitting on his seat talking to his seat neighbor, his tie is yellow. The next scene, showing him leaving the Hawaii Airport, he wears the red tie again.
  
  
• Crew or equipment visible: When Barry calls Lena from the phone booth in Hawaii, a red light-dot from the camera and the camera are reflected in the side of the phone booth.
  
  
• Incorrectly regarded as goofs: During Barry's phone conversation with the phone sex service, "Georgia" alternates between calling him "Jack" and Barry. This is because "Georgia" is the same person who Barry gave his information to on the phone and asked to be called "Jack". She called him by his real name, Barry, accidentally. She knew his name was Barry, but forgot to call him Jack.
  
  
• Miscellaneous: When Lena is walking to her car, after she and Elizabeth visit Barry at work, it can be seen that her car does not have a license plate.
