Anthony Michael Hall is Johnny Smith, a man who awakens from a 6 year coma with the power to see the future and the past with a touch, in this inspired adaptation of the Stephen King novel (and David Cronenberg’s film adaptation) co-starring Nicole de Boer (as his former fiancée), Chris Bruno (as her husband and town Sheriff) and David Ogden Stiers (as televangelist Gene Purdy, an old family friend who believes Johnny’s powers are a gift from God). Sean Patrick Flanery has a recurring role as corrupt congressional Greg Stillson, the man Johnny sees in his visions causing the apocalypse, and the season charts Johnny's struggle to stop the impending doom. 12 episodes (including A Very Dead Zone Christmas special) on 3 discs in a digipak.
