The Vga awards, which has less to do with video games and more to do with the celebrities who show up to talk about how they're "gamers" and love playing those, "Nintendo games where you move the controller" showed some footage from Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time.Hunky Mansex of Beefpie +4 with a saving throw against Obesity, introduced the clip that some dude recorded off of his tv. Which means the quality sucks. But since you're not doing anything worthwhile on a Sunday night, and I'm obviously not doing anything worthwhile on a Sunday night, then here's one more video clip for you to check out before you wake up at 6:00 a.m., take a shower, drive to work, and sit at your desk cursing whatever God you believe in about how you could have been an actor had your parents taken that producer up on his »

Tiger Woods was a hot topic on Twitter this weekend, and that meant he became a trending topic in Twitter-Wood. Somehow his Cadillac Escalade has become a subject of interest too, particularly with one "Harper's Island" actor who pointed out that the golfer wasn't driving a Buick.
"Toy Story 3" director Lee Unkrich, meanwhile, retweeted some great shots of homemade models based on the Disney-Pixar series, they're mighty impressive. Also impressive has been the performance by "New Moon" in theaters this month, but Jim Carrey took note of the movie's rabid fans and issues a warning in response. Check out those tweets along with sad news from Emmy Rossum, how to get to Sesame Street and Sarah Silverman's reaction to "Precious." It's all waiting after the jump in the Twitter-Wood report for November 30, 2009.

Oprah's announcement that her show may end its 25-season run in 2011 was almost enough to unseat "New Moon" as the top trending topic of the Twitter-Wood feed today. Kevin Nealon and Wil Wheaton both had a opinions on her possible bow out of syndication, while Eli Roth and Kevin Smith helped keep "Twilight" alive in Twitter conversation.
Two big names celebrated birthdays last night in very public fashion, as P. Diddy entertained a few folks on my follow list and Larry King got a little rowdy in my pick for Twitter Pic of the Day. Check that out after the jump along with Jeremy Piven's Calgary Flames trip and Danny DeVito's wholesome moment with Carrie Fisher. I'm @brianwarmoth, and this is the Twitter-Wood report for November 20, 2009.

Morgan Freeman is going to get a little dirty.
Warner Bros. has just picked up a spec script for an untitled comedy by Josh Cagan (Bandslam) and Greg Coolidge (Employee of the Month).
The story centers around “around an aging playboy who finally meets the love of his life and his best friend and wingman for the past 40 years (Freeman) who does everything to break up the new couple.” The comedy, going under the working title of Dirty Old Men, captures the tone of Wedding Crashers and The 40-Year-Old Virgin.
Revelations Entertainment would love to reunite Freeman with his The Bucket List co-star Jack Nicholson for this project.
50 First Dates and Anger Management director Peter Segal is currently in talks to direct.

Hey remember that Jetsons movie Robert Rodriguez was supposed to do? Now that he.s busy with Machete and Predators and the next unwanted Spy Kids abortion, most assumed that left The Jetsons dead in the water. While it.s not exactly on the fast track, that may not be true. Pajiba says Warners is bringing in someone to replace Rodriguez. They.re hiring Peter Segal. Segal is probably best known as the director of movies like Tommy Boy and Anger Management, which ought to mean they.re planning to play up the comedy angle of The Jetsons universe. For now though, word is that Warner Bros. is starting over with the project. They.re scrapping the script Robert Rodriguez had planned to use after failing to get anyone, including the likes of Jim Carrey, interested in starring. Once Segal signs on the dotted line the search for new writers »

The Twitter-Wood feed assembled after the jump is the fine work of Mr. Brian Warmoth, but he seems to have disappeared before finishing the evening's intro bump. So you're stuck with me, @geminibros, your friendly neighborhood MTV Movies Blog editor.
I may not have Brian's panache, but I can still fill you in on what's shaking in the Twitter-Wood today. Rob Zombie just wrapped up the audio commentary for the director's cut of "Halloween II," "Harry Potter" star Tom Felton decided on his Halloween costume -- I wholeheartedly approve -- and "Shaun of the Dead" writer/director Edgar Wright saw the Coen brothers' new one, "A Serious Man." I wholeheartedly approve of that as well. Meanwhile, Brian Lynch has the real scoop on the next "Spider-Man" villain and Sarah Silverman shares a downright baffling twitpic. Also, Tyrese Gibson shares his very special moment with Michael Jackson, clinching himself the top »

If you haven't seen the T-shirts being given out to the crew for "Toy Story 3," you're definitely going to want to check out director Lee Unkrich's posts today. They're must-sees Disney and Pixar fans. I almost gave him Twitter Pic of the Day status, too, but Kevin Nealon's shot with Sarah Silverman in a headlock edged them all out. Furthermore, I couldn't pick just one side of one of the shirts to spotlight.
I've also got a nice memory of actor Henry Gibson, who passed away yesterday, thoughtfully tweeted by actor Michael McKean. You can check that out at the top of the Twitter-Wood rundown today, along with a David Slade "Eclipse" tweet, a TwitPic from Peter Facinelli out in the forest, and a note about Tom Arnold's bachelor party. I'm @brianwarmoth, and this is the Twitter-Wood report for September 17, 2009.

After getting a little tired of discussing this forever-not-being-made movie with some acquaintances, I've held off on posting any news about it because it all seems to lead to heartbreak. Lightning-bolt-chested heartbreak. But with the most recent news that Bill Birch has been hired to write the screenplay for the Captain Marvel movie, there may be - may be - some reason for genuine heartbreak. If you're asking yourself who Bill Birch is, you're not alone. He's about as untested as a screenwriter can get. In fact, even as an actor he would be considered a novice in the feature world, but he's the name that's been tapped according to Variety. They are also reporting that Peter Segal (who fans will remember as the director of Tommy Boy, Get Smart and who Rob Hunter will remember as the director of Anger Management) is still attached to direct, but I can't hide my disappointment that the project has »

Nickelodeon and Michael Eisner's outfit Tornante Animation are breathing a new level of Griswald-esque family dysfunction into the great American roadtrip with the new animation series Glenn Martin Dds. Glenn Martin, a dentist on the brink of a mid-life crisis, packs his family, on the edge of insanity, into an Rv. The roadtrippin' warriors zig zag from Amish countryside to neon skyline Vegas and back again as the patriarch works on teeth and everyone works on their issues.
Actor-comedian Peter Oldring, fresh from a cross-country research road trip with his fiance, gushes about his involvement in the stop animation series. Certainly not an animation rookie, Oldring signed on because he was particularly attracted to "depth and peculiar 3D quality to the process." The 23-year-old Canadian was awestruck by the fact that such a laborious, time-intensive art form was being resurrected. All the right elements combined into a groundbreaking project »

Columbia Pictures (owned by Sony Pictures) has just purchased the rights to a pitch for a biopic chronicling the life of P.T. Barnum, creator of "The Greatest Show on Earth." The pitch came from writer Stan Chervin, who was involved with the writing the first draft of Moneyball, as well as The Sorcerer's Apprentice for Disney and J Mac for Sony. Todd Garner, who also produced Anger Management, 13 Going on 30 and Paul Blart: Mall Cop will serve as producer. Neither a director, nor a title nor a release date have yet to be named. »

I know we covered this topic once before, but I thought it was worth bringing up again for the people who missed it... Final Destination 4 star Krista Allen has had a long history of nudity. Allen appeared in not one, But Eight, Emmanuelle movies! While a lot of actresses have had at least one skin flick in their past, most of them never "act" in as many as Allen unless it makes up most of their careers. Although showing your boob-bobbers that many times makes you a superstar in the mind of Horror Yearbook, Allen is still probably better known for her roles as Billie Reed from Days of Our Lives, and/or Jenna from Baywatch. She has also appeared in films like Anger Management, Confessions of a Dangerous Mind and is known to horror fans as "Tuffy" from Feast. »

Both preparing to release a new album this year, rap moguls Eminem and 50 Cent have reportedly discussed about hitting the road together this summer. Hinting the possibility of the rappers' joint tour was one of G-Unit's members Lloyd Banks.
"I'm in and out the office, and there's conversations," Lloyd told MTV during a recent interview. "I'm just as excited as the fans are. The first Anger Management Tour, I wasn't a part of."
Despite the rumor of him touring with Fiddy, Eminem said during his visit in BBC's "Friday Night With Jonathan Ross" that he hasn't planned any tour just yet. "As far as touring, I haven't got that far to really figure it out yet. I haven't got that part," he stated. "I'm kinda in album cycle right now and promoting. But we'll see how it goes."

Are Eminem and 50 Cent touring together this summer? For now, fans can only hope — MTV News' requests to label reps for comment had not been answered at press time — but according to G-Unit member Lloyd Banks, there's been preliminary talk about possibly ramping up the Anger Management Tour again.
"I'm in and out the office, and there's conversations," Banks told MTV News recently. "I'm just as excited as the fans are. The first Anger Management Tour, I wasn't a part of."
Banks said that if Em and 50 do go out, he'll definitely be on the show with the rest of G-Unit.
Eminem was recently a guest on BBC's "Friday Night With Jonathan Ross," and he told the host that he hasn't solidified his touring plans yet.

Has there ever been an actor who dominates the screen like Jack Nicholson? I heard him described once as the most dangerous man in movies because, no matter what else was going on in a scene, the minute he walks on screen all eyes turn to him.
Case in point: The first time I saw the Anger Management trailer about six years ago, Nicholson got a loud ovation from the crowd when he popped up for the first time. For a trailer.
Jack celebrates another trip around the sun today, and I'm fairly sure his party will be better than yours. Ever. And while most people probably know that Nicholson has more Oscar nominations than any other actor, and three behind Meryl Streep's record in the acting profession, what may go overlooked is the fact that Nicholson's 12 nominations are spread over only 59 films in 49 years. So he's picking up a nomination every five movies. »
