Famous Spanish show which combines a singing contest with reality-TV. Sixteen participants are expected to defend their renditions of famous songs on a weekly-basis; those considered to be the best of each week by a jury of experts get promoted, while the ones who have made a poorer performance need enough audience support to continue in the show, or else get expelled.
