Mater says he would "give his two left lug nuts" to be with Sally and that it'll "rust your bolts and freeze your _____", implying "nuts". A pause seems to be to emphasize the innuendo here. McQueen asks Mater if Sally is his girlfriend. He replies that "she only wants me for my body". "Holy shoot" says one car. Sally invites McQueen to "stay with her" (at the hotel she runs) then tries to correct the inference by restating it two more times. (it adds emphasis to the inappropriate innuendo). Then comes the "rear end" tattoo discussion.Seeing Sally drive away, McQueen comments on (and the camera focuses on) the pinstripe tattoo on her "rear end."When Mack pulls up to the California speedway and opens the back of the trailer, a press car is heard asking if Lightning was going to pose for Cargirl magazine, referencing Playgirl magazine. The volume of the question is not that loud, but it can be picked out of the crowd. Also Mack asks if he forgot to wipe his "mud" flaps.

When in the Rust-eze promotional tent after the race in the beginning of the movie, one of the Rust-eze cars refers to his brother being lit, meaning drunk.
A large and angry-looking combine named Frank chases after Mater and Lightning, with its spinning blades getting close to Lightning as they try to avoid them and him in a pasture (played for action-comedy, but some younger kids might find it intense).
